Claire Chen

Ms. Chen is responsible for leading and providing strategic direction to Warren Equity Partners’ tax strategy, compliance, and reporting functions across the entire platform.  Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Ms. Chen was Tax Director at JMI Equity, a $8bn private equity firm focused on investing in leading software companies. Previous experience includes Senior Vice President of Tax Strategy at EIG Global Energy Partners and PwC, where she serviced venture capital, private equity, and hedge fund clients.

Ms. Chen earned a Master of Accounting from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the National Sun Yat-Sen University in Taiwan. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Virginia.
