Steven Wacaster

Mr. Wacaster sets the firm’s strategic direction and oversees the investment and portfolio management activities of the firm. Prior to founding Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Wacaster was a partner at Pegasus Capital Advisors and worked in the Financial Sponsors investment banking group at Credit Suisse.

Mr. Wacaster earned a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
