Adam Kabak

Mr. Kabak serves as Director, AI Operations at Warren Equity Partners, where he partners with portfolio companies to identify, build, and implement AI-enabled systems that streamline complex workflows, improve operational efficiency and decision-making, and drive value creation.

Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Kabak was a founding engineer at Twing.AI, where he designed and built AI and data systems for private equity firms, transforming fragmented enterprise data and complex business processes into integrated applications and AI-enabled workflows. Mr. Kabak’s broader experience includes founding and operating businesses and working as an embedded engineer with clients across multiple industries, helping build and improve data infrastructure and analytics products using purpose-built software tooling.
