Peyton Billings

Mr. Billings is responsible for supporting the timely delivery of quarterly fund reports, managing audit requests, assisting with regulatory compliance obligations, and compiling funding packages for investment activities, including acquisitions and exits. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Billings was a Senior Assurance Associate at Forvis Mazars where he performed financial statement audits for privately held companies.

Mr. Billings earned a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
