Brad Steinfeld

Mr. Steinfeld is responsible for working with the Operations Group to lead the Finance Improvement Team initiatives focused on advancing the financial maturity of Warren portfolio companies. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Steinfeld was a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal LLP. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal LLP, Mr. Steinfeld spent over twelve years at Ernst and Young LLP, where his last role held was Audit Senior Manager.

Mr. Steinfeld earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Trinity University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
