Dawson Leonard

Mr. Leonard serves as a Manager of the Transaction Group at Warren Equity Partners and is responsible for key deal due diligence workstreams and works closely with the Investment Professionals during deal evaluation and due diligence stages, as well as with other teams throughout the entirety of a deal’s lifecycle. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Leonard was a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services within the Financial Due Diligence practice at RSM.

Mr. Leonard earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from Bucknell University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
