Frank Wang

Mr. Wang serves as the Senior Associate of the Transaction Group and is responsible for key deal due diligence workstreams and works closely with the Investment Professionals during deal evaluation and due diligence stages, as well as with other teams throughout the entirety of a deal’s lifecycle.  Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Wang was a Financial Due Diligence Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC.

Mr. Wang earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Baruch College and a Bachelor in International Economics and Trade from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
