Harrison Rodriguez

Mr. Rodriguez serves as a Senior Manager of the Transaction Group at Warren Equity Partners and is responsible for key deal due diligence workstreams and works closely with the Investment Professionals during deal evaluation and due diligence stages, as well as with other teams throughout the entirety of a deal’s lifecycle. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Rodriguez was a Senior Director at FTI Consulting within their Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory department.

Mr. Rodriguez earned a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from New York University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
