Holly J. Berk PMP, CSM

Ms. Berk is responsible for working with Warren Equity’s portfolio companies to lead post close integrations across our platform companies, including support for large and complex add-on acquisitions, ensuring seamless onboarding into the WEP Operating System. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Ms. Berk was Vice President of the Transformation Management Office at Artisan Design Group, where she led strategic programs and technology initiatives focused on modernizing business operations and advancing enterprise-wide change management efforts. Previously, Ms. Berk held various leadership and executive roles with Distribution International, Halliburton, Waste Management, and multiple PE-backed platform companies.

Ms. Berk earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
