Kimberly Butt

Ms. Butt serves as a Senior Associate of the Transaction Group at Warren Equity Partners and is responsible for key deal due diligence workstreams and works closely with the Investment Professionals during deal evaluation and due diligence stages, as well as with other teams throughout the entirety of a deal’s lifecycle. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Ms. Butt was a Transaction Advisory Services Director at CohnReznick LLP.

Ms. Butt earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, from Bucknell University. Kimberly is also a licensed CPA in the state of New York and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
