Kyle Wohler

Mr. Wohler is responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions and managing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Wohler was a Vice President at Liberty Hall Capital Partners where he evaluated platform and add-on acquisition opportunities and led key aspects of transaction execution, including diligence, financial modeling, financing, and coordination of third-party advisors. Prior to Liberty Hall Capital Partners, Mr. Wohler worked at Truist Securities as an Investment Banking Analyst.

Mr. Wohler earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia.
