Mary Holt

Mrs. Holt is responsible for working with Warren Equity’s Operations Group to provide oversight and consultation on financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial process improvements, primarily within our Utilities and Power Strategic Business Group. Mary has over 20 years of experience in finance, most recently serving as VP of Business Analysis & Planning of Honeywell where she was responsible for planning, forecasting, and reporting for the company. Mary also served as Chief Financial Officer for Honeywell’s Productivity Solutions and Services strategic business unit.

Mrs. Holt earned a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, along with Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
