Michael Synn

Mr. Synn is the Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer, providing firm-wide leadership for technology across the Warren Equity Partners platform. He leads technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and application platforms, and IT governance, and partners with senior leadership to advance AI enablement, enterprise analytics, and responsible technology adoption across the firm and portfolio. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Synn spent more than 16 years at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., most recently as CTO of Infrastructure Technology with prior experiences in Product Development, Enterprise Architecture, and Systems Engineering.

Mr. Synn studied English Literature at the University of Pennsylvania, with minors in Mathematics and Chemistry.
