Nathan Lockey

Mr. Lockey serves as a Manager of the Transaction Group at Warren Equity Partners and is responsible for key deal due diligence workstreams and works closely with the Investment Professionals during deal evaluation and due diligence stages, as well as with other teams throughout the entirety of a deal’s lifecycle. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Lockey was a Manager in the Portfolio Reporting & Valuation team at Oakley Capital, and previously with PwC in the Transaction Advisory team.

Mr. Lockey earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from the University of Auckland in New Zealand.
