Parth Shah

Mr. Shah serves as a Senior Manager for the Transaction Team and is responsible for key deal due diligence workstreams and works closely with the Investment Professionals during deal evaluation and throughout the lifecycle of a deal.  Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Shah was with RSM as a Director of Transaction Advisory Services, and previously at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant.

Mr. Shah earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Montclair State University.
