Pinal Parekh

Mr. Parekh is the Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Parekh was Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director at EIG Global Energy Partners, a $20+ billion investment firm. Prior to his time at EIG, Mr. Parekh held progressive leadership roles at American Capital, a publicly traded BDC, and Marriott International, Inc.

Mr. Parekh earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting and Auditing from the University of Mumbai, India. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) in the State of Delaware and a Chartered Accountant in India.
