Tim Wagner

Mr. Wagner serves as a Manager of the Transaction Group at Warren Equity Partners and is responsible for key deal due diligence workstreams and works closely with the Investment Professionals during deal evaluation and due diligence stages, as well as with other teams throughout the entirety of a deal’s lifecycle. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Wagner was a Senior Associate in PwC’s Deals Advisory practice.

Mr. Wagner earned a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
