Tony Colucci

Mr. Colucci is responsible for managing the Operations Finance team and implementing the financial systems, tools and processes that will guide the Warren Equity Partners’ portfolio companies to the next growth stage.  Mr. Colucci has 30 years of experience as a CFO and in Senior Finance Leadership positions.  Previously, he was the CFO of Enerpac Tool Group, a global company focused on the engineering, manufacturing, and servicing of industrial tools.  Prior to Enerpac Tool Group, Mr. Colucci was the Chief Finance and Administrative Officer for Robershaw Industries, and held a variety of senior finance roles at Honeywell International.

Mr. Colucci earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) in the state of Illinois.
