Matthew Reed

Mr. Reed serves as a Senior Manager of the Transaction Group at Warren Equity Partners and is responsible for key deal due diligence workstreams and works closely with the Investment Professionals during deal evaluation and due diligence stages, as well as with other teams throughout the entirety of a deal’s lifecycle. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Reed was an Associate Director at KPMG UK within their Private Equity Transaction Services team.

Mr. Reed earned a Bachelor of Arts, with Honours, in International Business Management and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
