Blake Chapman, CPA

Mr. Chapman is the Associate of the Transaction Group and is responsible for key deal due diligence workstreams and works closely with the Investment Professionals during deal evaluation and due diligence stages, as well as with other teams throughout the entirety of a deal’s lifecycle. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Chapman was a Manager of Strategy and Transactions at Ernst & Young.

Mr. Chapman earned a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University. He is also a licensed CPA in the State of New York.
