David Bouzy

Mr. Bouzy serves as the Vice President of the Transaction Group and is responsible for establishing the overall planning, organizing, and implementation of the Transaction Group.  This group collaborates with Investment Professionals and supports them during deal evaluation and due diligence stages, as well as with other teams throughout the entirety of a deal’s lifecycle.  Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Bouzy was a Deals Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC, and previously, a Senior Auditor at KPMG, LLC.

Mr. Bouzy earned a B.B.A in Accounting and a B.S in Spanish from Andrews University.  He is also a CPA in the State of New York.
