Henrik Dahlback

Mr. Dahlback oversees the capital markets activities of the portfolio companies, manages the administration of the investment funds, and serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to founding Warren Equity, Mr. Dahlback worked in investment banking at Royal Bank of Canada, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley where he primarily focused on originating and executing leverage finance transactions across multiple industries including Energy & Power, Infrastructure and General Industrials.

Mr. Dahlback earned a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
