Jacob Barrie

Mr. Barrie is responsible for evaluating and executing investment transactions and managing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Barrie was a Senior Associate at MidOcean Partners where he sourced, evaluated, and executed investments across structured capital and buyout strategies, leading diligence, financial underwriting, transaction structuring, and portfolio value creation initiatives. Prior to MidOcean, Mr. Barrie worked in the Global Media and Communications Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Barrie earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University.
