Jeff Sim

Mr. Sim is responsible for working with Warren Equity’s Operations Group to provide oversight and consultation on financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial process improvements, primarily within our Infrastructure Services and Environmental Health and Safety Strategic Business Group. Mr. Sim has over 25 years of experience in finance, most recently serving as CFO at District Photo, Inc. & Snapfish, LLC where he was responsible for the acquisition of Snapfish, building out the back-office support model, leading budgeting and business planning, as well as ERP deployment, for the newly combined entity. Prior to his role at District Photo & Snapfish, Mr. Sim served as CFO at American Forest Products, LLC, and Geologic Solutions, Inc.

Mr. Sim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration in Finance & Management from Texas State University.
