Pat Baldwin

Mrs. Baldwin is responsible for developing and supporting organization design and structures in alignment with business strategy across the portfolio companies. With 30+ years of leadership experience in Human Resource and Organization Design via national and multinational; private and public companies, Mrs. Baldwin has expertise in Organization design, business transformation, leadership succession strategies, and executive development programs. Mrs. Baldwin previously held various leadership and executive roles with Honeywell, Gateway, KPMG, Aetna, and Dun & Bradstreet.

Pat earned her master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She holds numerous professional certifications in her related field.
