Wade Kim

Mr. Kim serves as the Senior Associate of the Transaction Group and is responsible for key deal due diligence workstreams and works closely with the Investment Professionals during deal evaluation and due diligence stages, as well as with other teams throughout the entirety of a deal’s lifecycle.  Prior to joining Warren Equity Partners, Mr. Kim was a Deals Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC.

Mr. Kim earned Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting, as well as a Master of Science in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business.  He is also a CPA in the State of New York.
