Richard Weinberg

Mr. Weinberg has 30+ years of experience working on complex acquisitions and restructurings and most recently was co-Managing Partner at Pegasus Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Pegasus, he was EVP and General Counsel of GAF Corporation, the parent company of a large international specialty chemicals business and the world’s largest asphalt roofing manufacturer. In his position at GAF, Mr. Weinberg led the company’s acquisition efforts, as well as a successful multi-billion dollar bankruptcy restructuring.

Mr. Weinberg earned a B.S. in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany and a JD degree from Fordham University School of Law.
